As a family business we are concerned about our environment and the impact we have on the world around us. Therefore, we are striving to ensure that our business has minimal impact on the environment.

We are achieving this by:

Technology

Ensuring that our fleet is upgraded regularly and that the coaches are always using the latest technology available. All our coaches comply with the Euro 4 standards aiming to reduce greenhouse emissions.

Fuel

Explorer Coachlines predominantly uses the cleanest fuels available. These cleaner fuels cut down emissions such as exhaust smoke by up to 60%. Carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxide levels are also being reduced with cleaner diesel fuels.

Water

In order to use water effectively and efficiently we have recently installed a state of the art washing facility. This minimises our water usage without impacting on the quality finish of our coaches.

In combination of the above, we are contributing to a cleaner and healthier environment for all.
